Doodle Jump for iPhone & iPod Touch (Mini Review)

Leader Boards
What makes the game so fun is the challenge of getting to the nonexistent top of the level. Leader boards make the game even more addicting due to the fact that you are always trying to get the best score possible and rank among the top 100 in the online leader boards that Doodle Jump has implemented into it’s servers.
Themes
As I said earlier in the review, there are new themes added to Doodle Jump every month, the latest one being a underwater ocean theme. The other themes available are a regular paper theme, a jungle, a Christmas theme,a space theme, a soccer theme, and a ghost theme. Each theme has a different sound to match the environment. Such as a dark ghostly moan for the ghost theme, a rainforest sound for the jungle theme, and so on and so on.
Gameplay
Doodle Jump comes with various types of elements. Some helpful, some not so helpful. The trampoline, rocket, spring, and helicopter hat all give you a boost that makes you go up faster and gives you a higher score quicker than just regularly climbing up the platforms. There are various types of enemies that you have to avoid. The way to defeat these are either by jumping on them or shooting them with your nose like thing that comes attached to the doodler.
Final Thoughts
While playing the game I stumbled upon some cheats that unlock various types of enemies and characters. An example of one of the characters earned was the famous Ooga from Pocket God. Simply typing the name "Ooga" in the name field after finishing a game unlocks the character. You can instantly retrieve the Doodler back by typing in any other name, of course. Doodle Jump is currently up for grabs for the small price of only a buck. Get it while you can, because this may as well be the best and most fun game on the iPhone for years to come.
